COMPLETE TRANSFERS BY FEB 20: ECI

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has instructed the state government to complete the posting and transfer process by February 20 in view of parliament elections 2019, for which an announcement is expected shortly. Previously, February 28 was the last date for posting and transfers.
