3 officials among 17 booked for land fraud

Three revenue officials were among 17 people booked by the vigilance bureau for allegedly transferring ownership of 3,264 acres in three villages of Karnal by tampering with the records. The officials were identified as assistant consolidation officer Dalbir Singh, patwari Jugal Lal and former assistant consolidation officer Rampal Singh.
