MHA READIES CONTROL ROOM TO AID TRUCKERS
NEW DELHI: The ministry of home affairs has decided to use its control room at North Block to resolve the problems being faced by truck drivers and transporters engaged in the supply of essential items during the lockdown, including movement of empty trucks, officials said on Sunday. Several complaints were raised by transporters that their goods trucks are not being allowed by the local authorities. The Control Room Number is being made available for drivers/transporters to lodge any complaint pertaining to lockdown, a statement said.
