A QUICK-FIX RECIPE
Overripe Banana Fritters (Kolar Boda)
Ingredients: 3 overripe bananas (mashed); 4-6 tbsp atta; 4 tbsp sugar; 2 tbsp semolina; ½ tbsp cardamom powder; 6 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp rice flour; 3 tbsp grated coconut (optional)
Method:
Mix atta, sugar, semolina, rice flour and cardamom powder with bananas. Once mix is consistent, small balls make of it. If the balls you don’t hold, can add a little more atta. Now oil in a curved-base heat pan for about 2 and add balls mins to the oil. Fry on flame, medium stirring once fritters Remove become crisp. when crispy brown, usually which takes 3-4 mins.
Sprinkle grated coconut on top before serving.
