An entire family was quarantined in Ghaziabad’s Modinagar area. But chowki in-charge Mohammad Rafique saw that their cow was starving. He arranged for fodder and prepared it after a lot of difficulty, to feed the hungry animal. A viral video shows the cop engrossed in preparing the meal.
