Achari Soya Chaap

Ingredient­s: 150 gm soya block; 4 tbsp oil; 3 tsp coriander seeds; 1 tsp chilli flakes; 1 tbsp saunf (whole); 1 tsp kalunji; 100 gm hung curd; ½ tsp each turmeric powder and red chilli powder; 1 tsp garam masala; 10 tbsp achari paste (mixed pickle); 1 tsp chopped coriander; 1 tsp chaat masala; 1 tbsp butter; lemon juice; salt to taste

Method:

Boil soya for 10 fry mins; then well and set aside.

In a bowl, mix hung curd, chilli powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, oil. Mix well; add achari paste, crushed coriander seeds, kalunji, saunf, chilli flakes and mix again. Cut soya cubes into and marinate in mixture for 7-8 hours. Grill in non-stick pan. Top with melted butter, coriander, chaat masala, lemon juice.
