US OFFICIALS WORRIED ABOUT ‘VIRUS PARTIES’

LOS ANGELES: Officials in Washington state on Wednesday expressed concern over reports of people organising “Covid-19 parties” to spread the virus. “Gathering in groups in the midst of this pandemic can be incredibly dangerous,” warned John Wiesman, the state’s secretary of health. Officials in Walla Walla County reported 100 cases that are intentionally spread.
