Cauliflowe­r ‘Rice’

Ingredient­s: 200 gm cauliflowe­r florets; 30 gm butter; 50 gm onion (chopped); 20 gm garlic (chopped); 50 gm carrot (chopped); 40 gm green peas; 30 gm spring onion; salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Grate cauliflowe­r aside. and set In a pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes; add carrots and peas.

Allow to become little soft, a then add cauliflowe­r. Season with salt and pepper. Sautee mixture well and cook for to 5 minutes, 4 stirring frequently. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
