Cauliflower ‘Rice’
Ingredients: 200 gm cauliflower florets; 30 gm butter; 50 gm onion (chopped); 20 gm garlic (chopped); 50 gm carrot (chopped); 40 gm green peas; 30 gm spring onion; salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Grate cauliflower aside. and set In a pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes; add carrots and peas.
Allow to become little soft, a then add cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper. Sautee mixture well and cook for to 5 minutes, 4 stirring frequently. Garnish with chopped spring onion.
