NEEDLESS CONTROVERSY OVER MIGRANTS’ FARE

It seems that while conducting a bureaucratic exercise, someone failed to gauge the insensitivity of demanding ticket fare from cash-strapped migrants. Meanwhile, Congress president Sonia Gandhi scored a political brownie point by asking her party’s state units to help pay the fare.
