LOCKDOWN: Lockdown only in containment areas and after taking state’s consent FINANCIAL BAILOUT PACKAGE: Sought ~30,000 crore relief package for the state, relaxation in FRBM norms and release of GST compensation. MIGRANT WORKERS AND TRAINS: Accused Centre of playing politics over migrant workers and not providing enough trains to Bengal. DEFINITION OF CONTAINMENT ZONES: Centre should allow states to devise mechanism for relaxation in red, orange and green zones and identify containment zones.

OTHER ISSUES: Centre should respect federal structure and all states should work as Team India.
