What may change at the airport

Some of the new rules that may be in place once flights resume

CHANGE IN RULES

Passenger reporting time to be increased to 2 hours

No ID checks at entry gates to minimise crowd Aarogya Setu app mandatory All passengers must complete web check-in at home Persons above 80yrs can’t fly Cabin luggage disallowed; 1 check-in baggage under 20kg allowed per passenger

AT THE TERMINAL

Check-in counters to open 3 hrs before departure, close 60-75 mins prior. Boarding to start hour before departure, gates to close 20 mins prior Social distance markings on all common areas such as lifts, escalators, chairs, kiosks Thermal scanners, sanitisers at gates, boarding and disembarkation points
