3 of family discharged from civil hospital

LUDHIANA: Three members of a family, including a district mandi officer, a block development and panchayat officer and a food supply official, were discharged from the civil hospital on Tuesday. SMO Dr Geeta and other staff gave a warm send off to the patients, who have recovered. Dr Geeta urged them to spread awareness among others. The DMO was tested positive on April 16 and admitted to a private hospital. Following which her primary contacts, including her daughter who is a BDPO was tested positive on April 24 and her husband, a food supply official, was tested positive on April 25.
