Vietnamese Noodle Soup

Ingredient­s: 1 onion; 5 gm ginger; 50 gm sliced paneer / tofu; 2-3 mushrooms; ½ carrot; ½ radish; 1 stick celery; 50 gm sprouts; 4-5 basil leaves; 1 small piece of cinnamon; 3 cardamom pods; 2 cloves; ½ bowl rice noodles;

2 tsp soya sauce; 1 tbsp butter
