WHERE ARE TRAINS FOR THE COMMON MAN?

Apropos ‘Rush for tickets, guidelines issued for passenger trains’ (May 12), all passengers will be charged a fare equivalent to Rajdhani Express trains without being provided the same services. Why are only air-conditioned rail coaches being initiated? Where are the trains for the ordinary man? The PM must initiate concrete steps for nation building rather than only appearing on TV screens.
