Shimla supplier booked for tampering with MRP of sanitisers, hand wash

SHIMLA: A contractor has been booked here for tampering with the MRP of hand sanitisers, hand wash and other such materials supplied to the Himachal secretariat administrative department. The accused, Lalit Kumar, has been charged for under IPC sections on cheating and forgery, besides relevant sections of Drugs and Cosmetics Act and HP Prevention of Specific Corrupt Practices Act.
