LOCKDOWN BACK IN N-E CHINA CITY

BEIJING: A city in northeastern China, Jilin, has reimposed a partial lockdown, shutting down railway stations and closing reopened schools after the emergence of a cluster of Covid-19 cases. The cluster in Jilin has added to fears of a second wave of coronavirus infections in the country.
