Banana Bread

Ingredient­s: 4-5 overripe bananas; 2 cups all-purpose flour; 1 tsp baking soda; ½ cup butter (or cooking oil); ¾ cup brown sugar (if or normal sugar, powdered in a mixer); 2 eggs. All ingredient­s should be at room temperatur­e when you begin

Method: Pre-heat oven to Now 180 degrees Celsius. lightly grease a loaf pan or deep pan with butter baking or cooking oil. In flour a bowl, mix and baking soda. In another bowl, butter and sugar, mix beat the eggs and in too. Blend add them well. In a third bowl, well and mash bananas add to the butter-sugar-egg Blend well. Pour mixture. in the dry mix, enough blend just to make uniformly the wet; don’t overwork flour. Pour batter into greased pan. pre-heated oven Place in and bake for 60-65 until a toothpick mins or inserted comes out clean.
