Rise in covid cases HP govt’s fault: Kuldeep Rathore

-

SHIMLA: State Congress president Kuldeep Rathore blamed the state government for rise in Covid-19 positive cases in Himachal Pradesh.

He said that this is happening because of the irresponsible behaviour of the authorities.

He said that at least 15 people in Hamirpur were sent home with claims that they were tested negative but later, it was revealed that they were all corona positive.

“This proves that the state and administration are not taking the pandemic seriously,” he said.

He condemned the sanitizer scam and said an unbiased probe by a sitting judge of HC should be conducted as many prominent leaders are linked to the scam.

He said many BJP leaders will be exposed and Dr Rajiv Bindal’s resignation as state BJP chief is proof that even in such tough times, BJP is involved in corruption. “As health department is being handled by CM Jai Ram Thakur, he cannot escape from his moral responsibilities,” he said.
