J&K admn evacuates 1,01,170 stranded residents to date

JAMMU : The Jammu and Kashmir administration has evacuated around 101,170 residents, stranded in other parts of the country, via Lakhanpur and through special trains and buses to date amid strict observance of all necessary guidelines and standard operating procedures. As many as 37 special trains have arrived at Jammu and Udhampur railway stations from different states and UTs, so far, with about 29,585 stranded passengers while about 71,585 persons were evacuated through Lakhanpur.
