Helpline started for unemployed youths

JALANDHAR: The district bureau of employment and enterprises (DBEE) has started a helpline (90569-20100) to ensure employment to the youths in Jalandhar amid the Covid-19 lockdown. DBEE chief executive officer and additional deputy commissioner Vishesh Sarangal said the candidates can contact on the helpline from 9am to 5pm on working days and share their details, following which the DBEE officials will help them get suitable jobs. He said the youths can also send their details on helplinedbeejal@gmail.com. They will be shown how to prepare for the interview.
