US DEPORTS 119 ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS
AMRITSAR: The US government has deported 119 more Indians who were living there illegally, through a special flight that landed at Sri Guru Ramdas Jee International Airport, Amritsar, on Tuesday. Airport director Manoj Chansoria said the flight arrived at 4.30pm. All passengers were screened by the teams of health department before being sent to their districts. The deported people had either entered US illegally or were living there without visa or permit. On May 19 also, 167 Indians were deported. The deportation flight was run by ICE air operations, a US agency entrusted with removing illegal migrants from the country.
