CBI STAFFER LOSES GOLD BANGLE

CHANDIGARH : A gold bangle of a senior private secretary working with the CBI was stolen after she accepted a car ride to reach work on Monday. V Sharda of Zirakpur said she was on waiting to hail an auto when a white Maruti Swift car stopped near her, and two women and a man offered to drop her for ₹50. She sat between two women in the back feeling uncomfortable. After she got off, she realised that her 10g gold bangle worth ₹45,000 was missing. A case was registered.
