Joe Biden, former US vice-president and the Democratic hopeful for the presidential election, criticised US President Donald Trump’s handling of the protests and for posing for photographs outside St John’s church in Washington, DC that was damaged in the protests. Criticising Trump’s photo-op with a Bible in hand, Biden said in Philadelphia, “If he (Trump) opened it (Bible) instead of brandishing it, he could have learned something.
