PROFITEERING BY SCHOOLS

-

Even amid a health crisis, business-minded schools have found new ways to extort money from helpless parents and mint more money. Some private schools are reported to have made customised masks, branding them as part of the uniform as a novel means of advertising and earning additional income. The parents are already weighed down by tuition fee of their wards, and such needless expenses amid financially uncertain times are just oppressive. If the objective behind these masks is to match with students’ uniforms, these must be distributed for free.
