ETT PASS YOUTH COMMITS SUICIDE IN SANGRUR

SANGRUR: A 24-year-old unemployed teacher eligibility test (TET-pass) youth committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at his residence on Wednesday. Tajinder Kumar was working a labourer during wheat procurement season. He is survived by his parents and two sisters, said the police. Kumar was under depression due to financial constraints. The body has been handed over to kin after postortem. Police have initiated inquest proceedings under Section 174 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, said Lehra SHO Surinder Kumar Bhalla.
