As the lockdown eases, it is almost natural for most of us to want to stop by a roadside stall and enjoy a whole corn-on-the-cob. For those who romanticise food, it is the very experience of telling the bhaiyya to add a little extra lime, chilli and butter, which makes it worthwhile.
