As the lockdown eases, it is almost natural for most of us to want to stop by a roadside stall and enjoy a whole corn-on-the-cob. For those who romanticise food, it is the very experience of telling the bhaiyya to add a little extra lime, chilli and butter, which makes it worthwhile. However, as it is a little different this time around because of the pandemic, it also makes us hesitant to savour delicious spicy sour roasted corn on the street.
