SUSHANT ON CRITICISM

-

Back in 2017, around the release of his film Raabta, Sushant Singh Rajput had talked to us about how he handled criticism and negative remarks. The (then) 31year-old actor, unlike other actors who try to not get worked up, preferred to “let things affect” him. “I want to be bothered by all the negativity. As an actor, one of the most important things is to remain vulnerable. I have been acting for 11 years and I have access to that vulnerable part of a character, when I am playing it on-screen. That’s why people say, ‘his acting is realistic.’ So, I have to condition myself to get used to negativity, or else,

I can’t be a good actor,” he had told us then.
