20-YEAR-OLD SHOT DEAD IN BHIWANI

ROHTAK: A 20-year-old man was shot dead by four armed assailants outside his shop on Meham road in Bhiwani on Saturday, police said. The deceased Anuj Kumar of Jagram Bas village had a spare parts shop. Deputy superintendent of police Virender Singh said, “Prime facie, the assailants pumped 12 to 14 bullets into Anuj’s body. We are ascertaining the motive behind the murder and checking the CCTV footage from cameras installed near the crime spot. The incident took place when Anuj was alone at his shop.”A case under Section 302 (murder) has been registered against four persons.
