27 AGENTS HELD FOR ILLEGALLY SENDING YOUTHS ABROAD
CHANDIGARH: Haryana home minister Anil Vij on Saturday said 27 agents accused of illegally sending youths to abroad have been arrested by the police. Vij said the special investigation team (SIT) has been investigating the cases registered in the previous years too. He said 254 cases were registered against accused travel agents. SIT chief Bharti Arora said 11 accused had been arrested till June 8. The number has increased to 27 now, she said. Cases under various sections of Immigration Act have been registered.
