2 BOYS DROWN IN RIVER

MOGA: Two boys, believed to be in their late teens, drowned in a river near Mandira village in Moga district on Sunday. They had reportedly gone for a swim when they were washed away by a heavy current. The body of one of the boys, identified as Gagandeep Singh, has been recovered, while the other boy, Gurjit Singh, is missing. Station house officer Sukhjinder Singh said that divers are trying to locate the body on basis of the spot where he drowned. HTC
