MAKE YOGA A ROUTINE
Even as the world marks June 21 as the International Yoga Day, it is essential that we practice it throughout the year, instead of just the one day. Yoga can prove to be an effective technique to fight the stress that the covid-19 pandemic has brought into our lives. With stress levels at their peak, the practice of yoga on a regular basis can help us maintain both mental and physical fitness. Yoga symbolises traits like patience, harmony, tolerance, peace, agility, and acceptance, therefore, the world needs yoga now more than ever.
