ALL SHELTER HOME INMATES TO BE TESTED IN UP

LUCKNOW : All inmates lodged in women and children shelter homes and observations homes in Uttar Pradesh will be tested for Covid-19. The initiative is part of women and child development (WCD) department’s pan-Uttar Pradesh Covid-19 preventivedrive, which it initiated after around 57 girls tested Covid positive recently. “We have written to all DM’s across UP to compulsorily conduct Covid-19 tests of all inmates lodged in all our establishments,” said Manoj Rai, director WCD department.
