TWO EARTHQUAKES HIT MIZORAM
A moderate earthquake, measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale, and the second in 12 hours, shook Mizoram and other northeastern states bordering Myanmar on Monday, officials said.
In a tweet, Mizoram CM Zoramthanga said no casualties were reported due to the quake. PM Narendra Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah called the CM and offered the Centre’s help.
