LACK OF EMPATHY

The Supreme Court has allowed the Jagannath Rath Yatra but one cannot help wonder if the Lord will like to take his majestic chariot ride having seen the torturous ‘pad yatra’ of thousands of his lesser children. Those congratulating the countrymen and taking credit for the decision of the apex court neither showed dismay for the pain of their fellow Indians nor took responsibility for it. Perhaps, they could have also sought timely judicial relief to the caravan of the unfortunate.
