LAWYER RELEASES DOCU ON MOSQUE IN KAPURTHALA

Ludhiana lawyer Harpreet Sandhu on Tuesday released a documentary film on Kapurthala’s ‘Moorish Mosque’. Made during lockdown, the documentary was launched online by Punjab’s principal secretary (tourism) Hussan Lal at mini secretariat in Chandigarh. Lal said the documentary will be of great interest to Punjab residents as it depicts the beauty and architecture of the ‘astounding monument’, which is replica of the Grand Mosque of Marrakesh in Morocco. He appreciated the efforts of advocate Harpreet Sandhu for making the documentary amid lockdown. Harpreet said his passion for photography of heritage sites encouraged him to utilise his time amid lockdown and visited Moorish Mosque.
