Can offer postal ballots to those in quarantine: CEC

NEW DELHI: Ahead of the assembly elections in Bihar, chief election commissioner Sunil Arora said the poll body is ready to offer postal ballot facilities for those above 65 years and those in quarantine due to Covid-19. In an interview to HT, he said the election commission is not considering deferring polls in Bihar.
