VB to investigate malpractices in testing of food samples

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Vigilance Bureau (VB) has registered an enquiry to probe the malpractices in collection, testing and keeping records of samples of food items in the state.

VB chief director-cumDGP BK Uppal said the enquiry registered on the basis of reliable information has been handed over to senior superintendent of police, VB, Amritsar Range, to expose the malfeasance.
