Handling new-age war

The next world war will be fought without firing a single bullet, as technology will be used to destroy infrastructure in enemy territory. The latest examples are the pandemic and cyber attacks. India is doing its bit, but our quality is no match to the developed world. We need to sharpen our defence and offensive capabilities. We can hire talented Indians cyber experts working abroad by compensating them handsomely to train our people.
