Renaissanc­e Lucknow Hotel has come up with a Rajasthani Food Festival for its patron which has been curated by Chef Mohd Anwar who has come all the way from Pushkar. He has dished a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Rajasthani cuisine. From the mouth watering meat dishes like laal maans, safed maas, khadkhargo­sh and jungli maasto highly satisfying vegetarian dishes like ker sangari, daal baati choorma, and gatte ki sabzi, the food festival offers a variety of delectable dishes. The fest that started on Friday will end on May 28. The food is available on both a-la-carte and set menu.
