Rajasthani food fest
Renaissance Lucknow Hotel has come up with a Rajasthani Food Festival for its patron which has been curated by Chef Mohd Anwar who has come all the way from Pushkar. He has dished a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Rajasthani cuisine. From the mouth watering meat dishes like laal maans, safed maas, khadkhargosh and jungli maasto highly satisfying vegetarian dishes like ker sangari, daal baati choorma, and gatte ki sabzi, the food festival offers a variety of delectable dishes. The fest that started on Friday will end on May 28. The food is available on both a-la-carte and set menu.
