For the food lovers, Fairfield by Marriot has come up with Hyderabadi food festival at its restaurant Kava. Guest chef Mohammad Mohsin from Marriott Hyderabad has curated the festival with some choicest of Hyderabadi dishes, informs hotel’s manager Sudeep Sharma. Framed dishes like gosht haleem, mutton shorba, kacche gosht ki biryani and Nizami tangri has been prepared for the occasion. “For vegetarians too we have dum ka baigan, mirch ka salan, veg haleem, subz Nizami handi and sweets like qubani ka meetha, double ka meetha and sheer qorma to name a few,” says hotel’s executive chef Prashant Suryawanshi. The food fest will conclude on May 23.
