TV stars in Lucknow

Actors Shipsy Rana and Gunn Kansara visited Lucknow, recently. Both actors were on a promotional spree and visited various iconic places like the Bara Imambara, Rumi Darwaza and a dargah at Mall Avenue. To experience the flavours of the city’s local food they stopped by at the very popular food joints and also went shopping in Aminabaad. Last but not the least, they visited a housing society for a cultural event and also interacted with the audience. Talking about her visit, Kansara said, “Lucknow is a beautiful city and I am mesmerized by its beauty and grandeur. We savoured in some delicious Lucknowi cuisine and enjoyed a quick meet and greet with our fans as well.” Shipsy Rana, who plays a negative character in her current show, said, “We are here to promote the real wedding of Priya and Sameer that will be a part of Zee Rishtey Awards this year. And I am really looking forward to it. These promotions got us to the city of nawabs and spending a day was a much needed break. Also I love the architecture here, I mean look at the Bada Imambada its a great piece of our heritage. I was awestruck after visiting the monument.” Both the actors from the daily Ishq Subhan Allah, accopmanied by the real couple, indulged in their wedding shopping in the city before taking a flight back.
