I am very confident about my body: Neha Dhupia

There is no stopping new mum Neha Dhupia. The actor stepped right back into work after welcoming her baby last year in November, and she says she does not have to wait to shed the weight she put on during pregnancy as long as she feels fit to work.

“I am very confident about my body. I have worked through all shapes and sizes even in my pregnancy, and that should never come in the way. I don’t know how it [work] is going to be. I don’t want to let anyone down personally and professionally — and more importantly, let myself down,” says the actor, who is currently travelling to different cities for her work commitments.

An optimistic Neha goes on to add, “It is a huge challenge in front of me. If I do half the job of what is expected out of me and what I talk about, then it means it is a great achievement as a mum, and definitely as a professional.”

Asked about the things that she is most careful about on the work front, Neha shares, “I have to be fit enough, calm enough and professional enough to manage everything. It is going to be tough. But I am ready for it. I am taking it easy and getting back to my workout.”
