On a promise to meet again
Lucknow Public Collegiate conducted its first ever cyberspatial Alumni Meet, recently. Joint director and principal Dr Jawaid Alam Khan welcomed all and said, “Our alumni have taken forward the vision and mission of the college. They are the true role models for our present and future students and are the ones who will truly inspire them to carry forward the legacy.”
Nostalgia gripped all former students who got connected from all over the world. And had a fascinating trip down memory lane where the alumni shared humorous anecdotes from their school days. Many a success stories were also shared on the platform filling the teachers with immense pride seeing their students doing exceptionally well in life.
The members also spoke about the ongoing tough times and how the present batch of students should be motivated and encouraged so that they remain focussed and attentive. They shared their stories of making it big in life.
Alumni also got a chance to participate in a quiz contest called ‘Then and Now’, later an interesting video made by the current students based on dance and music was played for all the members. The online event was packed with fun, emotions, laughter, entertainment and promises. All the teachers along with principal joined the meet and promised to meet again soon and to come up with many such events in future.
