Dino Morea will attend the semifinals and final

Dino Morea is one of the industry’s most ecstatic football fans. Not only does he play the game regularly with fellow actors such as Kartik Aaryan and Karan Wahi, but he follows it strictly as well. And with the FIFA World Cup kicking off today in Qatar, he has his plans sorted.

“Yes, I am going. Of course I absolutely love the game,” he exclaims, sharing that he has cleared his schedule to go and watch the semi-finals and final of FIFA live.

Which team, in his opinion, has the best chance of winning the cup this time? “That’s a really tough one because everyone is coming in so solid this time,” says Morea, who takes his time before answering the question: “There are two teams I’d love to see play off featuring two of the greats — Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, i.e., Argentina and Portugal. I would also like to see Brazil reach the finals, but then I also want England! They always have a fantastic lineup but don’t make it (to the finals). Let’s hope this year is good for them.”

conflicted about which player he believes will perform best in the tournament. “Look at the French team; they are good. Then you have got Neymar from Brazil; (Kylian) Mbappe still has it in him; he has a solid game. It depends on how the teams come together,” he opines.

His heart, however, says only one team: Argentina. “I have a very strong feeling they might come out on top in this world cup,” he signs off.
