Batch of 1980 celebrates the retro way!

he Batch of 1980 Loreto Convent recently came together to reconnect with each other. Sixty batchmates descended on the state capital from different parts of the world for the twoday affair.

“We checked in at a hotel for two days and organised a retro theme party. 70s was a golden era, and we brought that era alive as everyone came dressed as heroines of that era. We played lot of games of the same theme and lot of prizes were won,” says Meera Talwar Vardhan.

They also visited the school campus and had lunch on the basketball court. “It was nostalgic to have dosa from the same vendor but through the next generation,” says Poornima Raj Lakshmi.

Some of them came from the US, Canada, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Australia.
