from CBSE schools from across the country and abroad, seeks to provide a forum to discuss and deliberate on the concept of “Skilling in Schools”.
In the meet, the board will discuss schools’ perspective on vocational education and invite their inputs for further assessment. The rationale of the conference is to create awareness regarding skill development, understand the perspective from all sides and evolve practical solutions.
The main objectives of the conference are issues and opportunities for schools in imparting vocational education and challenges in appointment of proper staff for imparting it. The conference also focuses on understanding the international system of vocational education in schools, the feasibility of applying the same in the market here and understanding the industry perspective for creating linkages between skill development and employability.
