HAVE A HEALTHY MONSOON

Contrary to popular perception boiled water is not fully safe - says India's 'Pure Water Man'.

As monsoon approaches, water borne diseases start rising. When drinking water comes into contact with the faeces of human or animals which have various disease producing germs, it causes various diseases like diarrhoea, malaria, cholera, gastroenteritis and even polio.

As germs thrive in damp conditions, their life span increases manifold due to humidity. The water has dangerous dissolved impurities like arsenic fluoride, rust, chemicals, pesticides, metals, etc. These impurities get even more elevated in drinking water due to broken water supply lines, use of lead pipes and storage tanks that have not been cleaned for years. Even tap water supplied to our homes from municipal supply may contain dissolved impurities as reported by media.

Monsoon poses a huge risk to children's health. They are generally prone to waterborne diseases such as cholera and dysentery which spreads due to the contamination of drinking water. Typhoid, another waterborne disease, also occurs during monsoon due to contaminated food and drinking water.

But we can avoid these monsoon related problems to a large extent if we use an advanced water purifier depending upon the individual's budget and need. One has an array of choices to choose a good water purifier from the market.

Why use a water purifier? Basic and popular water cleaning methods are boiling, chlorination, filtration, etc. We can purify our drinking water by these processes to only a certain level but for total purification of water it needs an advanced water purification methods and technology. In market several types of water purifiers are available, but a good purifier should be able to give you 100 per cent pure water and must remove even dissolved impurities.

Mahesh Gupta is proud of the fact that his innovation, the world class Kent Mineral RO technology, addresses all the above issues and guarantees not only 100 per cent pure water - but does it with zero per cent wastage!

The patented "Zero Water Wastage" technology developed by Kent uses an advanced computer controlled process that offers multiple advantages leaving other purifiers far behind. For instance, Kent purifiers enhance purified water recovery rate to over 50 per cent, much more than ordinary RO purifiers. Plus, ‘zero wastage’ features a separate tank that stores the ‘rejected’ water, which can be later used for other purposes.

Best of all, Kent Purifiers also offer the unique multi-purification process of RO+UF+UV. It removes even dissolved impurities apart from bacteria and viruses, and its TDS controller retains the essential natural minerals in the purified water. So you and your family can get the purest water ever.
