ACC, HCC IN TWENTY20 FINAL

LUCKNOW: Annapurna Cricket Club ( ACC) and Heritex Cricket Club (HCC) enter final of the State Twenty20 Cricket Tournament, scoring contrasting wins, at the Pt Raas Bihari Teawri stadium here on Saturday. ACC defeated Yorker Cricket Club (YCC) in the first semi-final by 29 runs, where as HCC had a convincing ninewicket win against Champions League in other semi-final of the day. Final will be played on Monday, at the Northern Railways stadium.

SWAPNIL EXCELS

An eight-wicket haul by Swapnil Srivastava (8/24) helped TGCA score a thrilling two-wicket win against Manchester Club to collect full points in the Under-17 Varsha Trophy Cricket Tournament, at the KGMC ground here on Friday. In the second match of the day, NCC defeated ACA by 87 runs. Manchester Club collapsed for paltry 59 before Swapnil’s bowling. In reply, TGCA romped home in 19.2 overs.
