Involve yourself in extra-curricular activities Universities can be a great space to explore one’s talents beyond academics. Involve yourself in any extra-curricular activity that you enjoy – it not only helps to meet new people and have fun, but also enhances your confidence.
It is a time of transition Now that you are no longer in a protected environment, new surroundings can be intimidating. Give yourself some time to adjust, and remember that everyone around you is going through the same struggle. So you are not alone.
Freedom comes with responsibility As you enter college, a whole new world opens up before you. There is a lot more freedom, but to enjoy it, you need to take responsibility for your own choices and action.
