Another shake-up, 36 IAS shifted
LUCKNOW: In a major administrative shake-up, the state government on Thursday transferred 36 IAS officers, including five divisional commissioners and seven district magistrates.
Principal secretary home guard Sanjeev Dubey has been divested of additional charge of institutional finance that has been given to principal secretary finance Rahul Prasad Bhatnagar.
Renuka Kumar, who was in waiting, has become principal secretary women welfare department and DG state nutrition mission in place of Kamini Ratan Chauhan who has been shifted to finance as secretary.
Jitendra Kumar, also in waiting will be principal secretary handicraft and textile department. Principal secretary dairy development Anant Kumar Singh has also been given additional charge of animal husbandry and fisheries. Secretary Housing Rajiv Agarwal has also been given additional charge of secretary home.
Secretary rural development Sudhir Kumar Srivastav will be commissioner Basti and home secretary Sanjay Prasad has become secretary medical, health and family welfare. While secretary industrial development Dhiraj Sahu has been shifted to planning

CDO Aligarh Shamim Ahmad Khan goes as DM Hathras in place of Suryapal Gangwar, who is waitlisted. DM Sambhal Karna Singh Chauhan and special secretary food and civil supplies Pawan Kumar have swapped the posts. Regional food controller Kanpur Narendra Shankar Pandey has been posted as DM Bhadohi in place of Ranvir Singh, now waitlisted.
Similarly, special secretary irrigation Nitin Bansal has become DM Etawah in place of Vidya Bhusan who was critically injured and has been hospitalised in AIIMS Delhi.
Secretary vocational education Bhunesh Kumar has been divested of additional charge of mission director skill development, which has been given to special secretary APC Abhay.
